There are many variations that you can prepare when mixing your diet shakes. Use the fruits or vegetables you like and leave out the ones you don’t. Make sure you are preparing them in accordance to the amount of calories you should be taking in so you don’t overdo it.

Depending on your needs and tastes, you can either make diet shakes from vegetables or fruits. However it is better to switch between vegetable and fruits so that you can have varieties of shakes. For example, milk shakes can be tantalizing to the taste buds but it is slightly fatty as compared to soy milk shakes which are protein rich. To make up for the protein deficiency, some individuals take protein supplements in addition to their diet shake. At the end of the day, the ingredients used depend on objective of your diet plan, faster weight loss or gradual weight loss.

It is important to not add sugar to your diet shakes as that will add calories. The fruits and vegetables should give you all the taste that you need and if you need extra sweetness or taste, add a little juice.

Before preparing your shake, you have to wash the vegetables and fruits thoroughly. All sorts of pesticides should be removed completely for a healthy diet shake. You can prefer organic fruits and vegetables for preparing shakes. Though they are expensive, they are much better for your body. After cleaning the ingredients, you need to dice them. Then put them in the blender and blend until you get a smooth shake. The dilution depends on your choice. Add ice cubes and run the blender once again for a delicious smoothie diet shake.
