Gynecomastia is the medical term for the condition of excessive chest fat in male patients. Commonly called male-breasts, gynecomastia is a condition of hormonal imbalance. Though not a serious disease, it causes excess secretion of estrogen in men, which in turn leads excessive chest fat accumulation. This can cause patients to suffer from this condition. What Causes Man Boobs?

As a result, several diseases are occurring of late, which are completely new to human physiology. These were almost unknown only a few years back. However, they are becoming more and more common with every passing day.

These new diseases owe their existence to various reasons, pollution being one of the most important of them. Different types of diseases are caused due to the increasing pollution in our society. These new diseases are primarily caused due to the various changes occurring in our surroundings and our reaction towards them. The human body most of the times is not able to adapt to those changes and as a result ends up inflicted with a disease.

At many of the times, the diseases that are suddenly becoming known among the people were in reality quite uncommon even a few years back. They are being caused mainly by some kind of physiological malfunctioning. The medical term Gynecomastia, a disease, which is more popularly known as man boobs, is one such instance of a new disease that is becoming common. There can be various reasons, though there is nothing definite as to what causes man boobs.

Gynecomastia is marked with the development of certain effeminate features in men like the overdevelopment of the chest in a man resembling that of a woman. Man boobs is the colloquial term used for this disease. People normally know this disease by this name. However, there is no definite reason as to why this disease occurs but there can be several causes. This disease makes life difficult for men. They often end up becoming a laughing stock among their peers. These kinds of unnatural developments in a male often lead to depression and frustration on their part.

The experts are putting forwards several theories as the causes of the disease Gynecomastia. However, there can be several reasons to that. Hormonal dis-functioning can lead to man boobs. The hormone that stimulates the growth of female breast is oestrogen while for male it is testosterone. If the hormone secretion in man is altered, it gives rise to Gynecomastia.

One of the most common causes of man boobs is a situation where a human body starts secreting more oestrogen that testosterone. Many things can be the cause of this, including some faults in medication, some kind of chronic liver disease, increased amount of estrogen in serum, chronic kidney disease, sudden decrease in the production of testosterone and others. Some genetic diseases also cause man boobs. It also can result as the after effect of some diseases. These include some common diseases like Klinefelter, Kennedy disease and others.

Gynecomastia could also be due to past wounds. Some of the spinal cord injuries are severe in nature which could cause Gynecomastia. The unnatural development of adipose tissue inside the body could also be another cause behind this disease. This causes obesity in men and could be a good reason for Gynecomastia or man boobs.

Gynecomastia or man boobs is becoming an increasingly common disease. Fortunately, in most cases it has been satisfactorily treated with some specific exercises like chest fat burner exercises and gynecomastia supplements. Surgery is the last resort but an option all the same.

Easy Tips to Spruce Up Your Treadmill Workouts

Growing bored with an exercise routine is one of the top reasons that many people slack, or quit, exercising. If you are growing bored walking on your treadmill, there are many things you can do to make treadmill workouts more interesting. Here are some ideas that can keep your treadmill workouts fun and interesting:

Movies, Music, TV and CDs. Are you a movie or TV buff? If so, treadmill workouts are an ideal time to feed the craving. Music lovers often find that walking to their favorite music makes workouts more enjoyable and productive. If you don’t have time to read, listening to audio books or motivational CDs during your treadmill workouts is a great way to get lost in thought while you are walking.

Pyramid Walking. Increase your walking pace by .1 mph every minute for 15 minutes. Then, slow your walking pace by .1 mph every minute for 15 minutes. This is an awesome mental and physical challenge.

Walking for Dancers. If you have good coordination and love to dance, you can use your treadmill workouts as a time to increase your balance and strength. All you have to do is walk backwards at an even pace for a portion of your treadmill workouts.

Count the Numbers. If you are a number junkie, count your steps every other minute. See how your steps change and increase as you move from one fitness level to another.

Circuit Training. To give your body an aerobic and strength training workout, walk for five minutes. Then, get off of your machine and do lunges, push-ups, crunches or work with weights for one minute. Repeat this process throughout your workout.

Stretching. Stretching just feels good! After walking for ten minutes, get off of your machine and do stretch exercises for five minutes. Get back on your machine and repeat this process until your workout time is up.

Walk and Climb. Place a stepper next to your treadmill and alternate between walking for five minutes and stepping for five minutes.

Walk Around the World. If there is a place you have always wanted to vacation or live, why not see how long it would take you to walk there? You can chart your progress on a map. This is a very fun challenge for many people.

Heart Rate Training. Use a heart rate monitor during your treadmill workouts and cycle in and out of different heart rate zones for two minute intervals. Heart Rate Training workouts should last no longer than 20 or 30 minutes and should only be done 2 or 3 times per week.

This is just a small snippet of the things that you can do to bring fun back into your treadmill workouts. Find out what works for you and don’t be afraid to change it up. Chasing away boredom is crucial to keeping your exercise program going long term.

Mexican Candy the Hot Side of Confection in Mexico

Children in Mexico have a huge selection of candies to choose amongst here are just a few. The candies are abundant. Anyone is sure to please his or her sweet tooth. The candies are not just sweet, though. Many of the candies pack heat! That is right, chili. Mexican’s like to include chili in many of their foods, so it is natural to find candy with it. There are also chocolate candies, gummy candies, and chewing gum. It is obvious that Mexicans have different preferences when it comes to candy. The hotter, the better it seems!

Something quite new in the Mexican candy market is called Salsaghetti. This is a pack of watermelon straws, which look a bit like pasta. They have a spicy flavor and come with a pouring sauce, which is called gusano tamarind. Tamarind is a popular Asian fruit but is also grown in Mexico. A lot of Mexican candy actually contains tamarind. Salsaghetti might look like a pasta meal but you will not find any candy meatballs lurking in it.

Mexican popsicles are very different from those found in other countries. They are spicy in Mexico and some are extremely piquant. American kids might love cinnamon popsicles but Mexican kids are more likely to crave a chili-covered one. The chili powder is usually on the outside and the inside might be chili flavored too or it might be a different flavor, such as watermelon, cherry, strawberry, pineapple, or sapote, which is like a custard apple or sugar apple.

You would expect since Mexico gave the world chocolate, back when the Aztecs shared with the Spaniards that Mexicans would eat a lot of candy bars and other chocolate candies, but in Mexico these types of candies are rare to even purchase. Instead, Mexicans enjoy chocolate in their drinks or in traditional dishes such as mole poblano. Sometimes you might find someone enjoying a chocolate patty candy that may include cinnamon, grounded almonds, and sugar.

A popular candy throughout Mexico is known as Dulce de leche. It means, “Milk candy.” Milk-based syrup is similar to caramel by how it looks and tastes. It can be as a sauce, or as a caramel-like candy. It is simple to make, simply by boiling milk and sugar. Besides being in candy, it is also used in cakes, cookies, and ice cream. People even spread it on toast.

It is very popular in other countries besides Mexico. Even Starbucks have recently started selling lattes with the flavor of dulce de leche, which is making it popular amongst Americans. Even dulce de leche ice cream is sold in grocery stores throughout the Southwestern states of America.

If you want to sample some Mexican candy, you can have a look at your local Mexican grocery store. If you do not have a Mexican grocer near you, you can shop online for some Mexican goodies. If you are not keen on chili, you can also try caramel and chocolate candies. Why not have a try? You might find you love the new flavor sensation.
